Hello! I’m Ami, the owner and creator of Amozz Bakes-Sugar Flowers. I create life-like sugar flowers to decorate cakes for weddings and all of life’s special occasions.
I know that sugar flowers are time consuming and that many cake decorators and caterers are busy running their show and can’t always stop to make intricate details of handmade sugar flowers. Despite the time and effort it takes to make sugar flowers, I believe high quality, beautiful sugar flowers should be available to any baker, bride or party planner who wants their cake to be a show-stopper. That’s where I come in!
Born in UK and raised in Punjab, India. It all began with my mother being an excellent home baker, that I developed the interest for baking cakes and desserts. This interest helped me turn hobby into something more. Returning to the UK in 2016, and stuck in the hustle bustle of life and work, the first lockdown made me think and believe that returning my passion to business can be done now. So, I started off with baking my favourite chocolate cake for friends and family and the idea of decorating the cakes with sugar flowers came into existence.
I hope you’ll consider me as your sugar florist of choice when designing your wedding cake. I put all my passion, love and creativity into each flower. I also put as much care into the packaging of these delicate decorations.
